Your role at Atos

Data is at the core of our projects and solutions. As a Business Intelligence consultant you are the guide for our clients in their data driven transformation. You will help them to create business value out of data and become a more data driven organization. You are comfortable working with data scientists, data analysts and at the same time know how to translate this to your business counterparts. Additionally, you have a decent understanding towards a more strategic level. You are capable to help business leaders identify and prioritize their business problems, based on which will create the highest value when solved. You have experience and are comfortable with giving presentations to higher management.

What we are looking for

What you bring: 

• At least 3 years relevant experience as BI/Analytics consultant in one of the following areas
• Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft products, think Microsoft BI SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS and SSRS) and the Microsoft Azure environment (for example: Data factory, AAS, Datalakes, blob storages, Azure SQL DB and PowerBI (Embedded), Synapse);
• Knowledge and experience with the Information Builders products, think of e.g. Webfocus;
• Knowledge of and experience with the SAS products, for example SAS Base, SAS DIS, SAS QKB and SAS VA.
• Knowledge and experience of Informatica products, such as Powercenter, Informatica IDQ and Informatica MDM. But also consider the cloud based solutions in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of Datawarehouse principles, such as star diagrams, Datavault and multidimensional modeling;
• Knowledge and experience with e.g. Python, R, Snowflake or Apace Spark is a plus;
• Experience applying BI/Analytics solutions in the Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google);
• Knowledge and experience with SQL and No-SQL environments (e.g.: Oracle, SQL Server, Cosmos DB);
• Knowledge and experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, DEVOPS);
• We would like to see you obtain certifications in one or more of the above areas and are also willing to obtain further certifications in these areas;
• A minimum of HBO work and thinking level;
• Fluent in Dutch and English languages orally and in writing; for Belgium, French is definitely an advantage.

Your experience: 

• Expertise and experience with business intelligence, data management, data architecture (Cloud), data ware housing and basic programming skills 
• Expertise in business analytics to create insights that solve business challenges preferably with AI and IoT related projects 
• Experience with use case assessments
• Experience with requirements gathering around data, data processing and integration of data solutions in business processes
• Understanding of successfully scaling data management projects

• Understanding of data architectures, data warehouses, data models and data concepts
