Your Journey with the Foundation

During your time in the Foundation, you'll explore:

• Diverse Organizations: Gain exposure to various industries.
• Multiple Roles: Experience roles such as Business Consultant, Business Analyst, PMO, and Scrum Master.
• Professional Growth: Participate in training and earn certifications like Scrum, BCS, and ITIL.

Our Portfolio:

Understand the breadth of Atos Digital Transformation Consulting services. After 1.5 years, you’ll transition to one of our three clusters within Digital Transformation Consulting:

• Digital Technology, Strategy & Innovation
• Digital Process Automation Excellence
• Digital Strategy, Insights & Experience
• In addition, you’ll contribute to internal projects like business development, proposal writing, or event organization—tailored to your preferences.

Your Challenges:

As a consultant in the Foundation, you’ll go the extra mile to tackle digital challenges:Seamlessly implementing new technologies.Translating data into actionable insights.Analyzing opportunities for AI integration.Collaborating with project managers to define transformation strategies.And addressing many more challenges alongside your team!

What You Bring: 

• A completed master’s degree in fields such as (Technical) Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Information Science, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience and interest in the intersection of Business and IT.0–1 year of relevant experience as a (junior) consultant, Scrum Master, project manager, or analyst.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
