Integration Architect
Amstelveen, NL Amstelveen, NL Amstelveen, NL
Are you passionate about integration and interested in helping organizations connect technology, applications and people?
At Atos, we are looking for a Technical Integration Architect to join our international team. In this role, you will help clients shape and deliver integration solutions that support their digital transformation.
You may work across pre-sales activities, project teams and client assignments, contributing to end-to-end solution designs that connect technologies and applications across different systems, departments and environments.
You will translate complex technical needs into clear, practical architecture and work closely with customers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to make sure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with business needs.
What you’ll be doing
As a Technical Integration Architect, you will:
-
Design and contribute to end-to-end integration solutions across application and infrastructure environments.
-
Advise clients on integration technologies, architecture, products and implementation approaches.
-
Analyze requirements and translate them into clear integration architecture and technical designs.
-
Participate in Architecture Governance and technical design reviews to help ensure quality and consistency.
-
Work closely with customers, Solution Architects, Solution Managers and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
-
Contribute to proposals, presentations and customer discussions during pre-sales activities.
-
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across both Atos and our client organizations.
-
Collaborate with other architects and specialists to share knowledge and develop the best possible solutions.
-
Work within Agile environments and contribute to continuous improvement.
The team
You will become part of an international and growing architecture community where collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning are strongly encouraged.
At Atos, you will work alongside colleagues with a wide range of technical backgrounds and areas of expertise. Our architecture community includes more than 400 architects, giving you access to a broad network of knowledge and opportunities to learn from others.
There is plenty of room to develop in the direction that suits you. Whether you want to deepen your expertise in integration architecture, explore new technologies or grow into broader architecture or leadership responsibilities, we support your professional development.
Your main work location will be Amstelveen, with flexibility to work from home or at client locations depending on the assignment. International travel may occasionally be possible depending on your interests and project needs.
The department
You will join Digital Apps API & Integration, part of our Application Services practice.
We help organizations modernize their application landscapes and make the most of digital technologies. This can include connecting applications, modernizing existing environments, introducing APIs and integration platforms, and helping clients move from traditional application landscapes toward more flexible digital ecosystems.
Technology is constantly evolving, and so are the needs of our clients. Our goal is to be a trusted partner that helps organizations navigate this change and turn technology into practical business value.
What you bring
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining technology with collaboration and problem-solving.
You may bring:
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable level of education and experience.
-
Experience with integration architecture, solution design or a related technical field.
-
The ability to advise clients on integration technologies, architecture, solution choices and implementation approaches.
-
Experience contributing to proposals, presentations or customer discussions.
-
Knowledge of one or more integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Google Apigee, Microsoft Azure API Management, or comparable solutions.
-
Experience working in Agile teams or environments.
-
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear recommendations.
-
Good communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working with people from different technical and cultural backgrounds.
-
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
-
The confidence to ask questions, contribute ideas and constructively challenge existing approaches when needed.
-
A proactive approach to learning and an interest in developing your expertise further.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
You don’t need to match every point perfectly to apply. If the role interests you and you believe your experience could bring value to the team, we would be happy to hear from you.

Alongside a challenging and welcoming international working environment, we offer:
-
-
-
A competitive salary and mobility budget.

Flexible working arrangements.
-
Opportunities to work on complex projects for leading organizations.
-
Career development opportunities within the Netherlands and internationally.
-
A personal development plan created together with your manager.
-
Access to a large community of technical specialists and architects.
