About the Role

 

We are looking for an Information Management System Manager to lead, maintain, and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple countries and business units. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, drive audit and governance activities, manage risks and corrective actions, and support a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong background in quality, environmental, information security, and occupational health & safety management systems, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex multinational environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead internal, external, certification, and supplier audits.
  • Monitor compliance performance and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and management system documentation.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of internal control frameworks.
  • Analyze compliance, audit, and operational performance data and provide regular KPI reporting to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple countries and business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of management system requirements.
  • Support management reviews and contribute to strategic governance activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for management systems, compliance, and audit-related topics.
  • Promote a culture of quality, information security, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Information Security, Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Certified or trained Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of audit management practices and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control systems.
  • Proven analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and international initiatives.
  • Experience operating within complex matrix and multinational organizations.
  • Strong reporting, governance, and KPI management capabilities.

 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
    • Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
    • Information Security Management
    • Environmental Compliance
  • Experience within industrial, IT services, software, engineering, or project-based delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading:
    • Internal, external, supplier, and certification audits
    • Compliance programs across multiple countries
    • Corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience working within regulated environments and integrated ISO management systems is highly preferred.

 

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SharePoint and document management systems
  • KPI and reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent)
  • Audit management tools and compliance platforms

 

Languages

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • French is an advantage; German or another European language is considered a plus
