Your impact

 

As an HR Business Partner, you are the strategic sparring partner for one of our business lines or functions within the BNN region. You work closely with leadership to shape and implement the people strategy. You think ahead, challenge when needed, and actively contribute to transformation, growth, and cultural development.

You take the lead on topics like performance and talent development, workforce planning, succession, and re-skilling. You collaborate with colleagues in L&D, Recruitment, HR Operations, and various Centers of Expertise. You ensure alignment between business strategy and the HR approach — and know how to connect both worlds.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy within your business line or functional area.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to senior leadership and team leads.
  • Lead initiatives around performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Develop workforce plans in collaboration with WFM, Recruitment, and L&D.
  • Contribute to organizational development, cultural change, and transformation initiatives.
  • Identify organizational needs and translate them into targeted HR interventions.
  • Work with CoEs (e.g., C&B, D&I) to bring HR topics like the gender pay gap and young professional development to life.
  • Foster a strong employee experience and reinforce a positive organizational culture.

 

What you bring

 

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, organizational psychology, business administration, or similar.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.
  • Experience with change initiatives, cultural transformation, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Strong advisory and influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • You switch easily between strategy and execution — bringing both clarity and direction.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Analytic and digital skills
  • You bring your own perspective and value diversity in people and ideas.
