What impact you can make

As a Digital Security Strategy and Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a leading role in defining and delivering Cyber Security, Risk, Resilience, Privacy, and Information Management solutions for our clients. The range of work we undertake is wide and multifaceted, with 5 main domains being Strategy and transformation, OT security, security defense, identity and zero trust, and cloud security, with a client base across all industries and markets in both the Private and Public sector. We are looking for expert senior consultants with a broad portfolio of skills and experience, excelling in strategic and tactical advisory.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a significant growth area within Eviden. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a rich combination of demonstrated proficiencies and personal attributes, technical abilities and understanding, business and commercial awareness combined with proven experience in leading delivery management and client engagement.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the delivery of consultancy and advice direct to clients on assignments
  • Leading client engagements and taking ownership for delivery, customer management and commercial performance.
  • Management and mentoring of junior consultants.
  • Driving our business development by leading or providing authority contribution to Bids/Proposals/Propositions or Offerings
  • Identify, develop, and realize new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, our business partners and other Eviden business areas.
  • Maintain and promote detailed awareness and understanding of current and future developments in business models and technology evolution that will alter or redefine existing business activities.

Our senior Consultants are encouraged to act as Domain Guides, to provide leadership and authority in proposing, crafting, and delivering our services to our clients and to our colleagues in Eviden.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience and understanding of program and project leadership and delivery in a variety of different business environments and market verticals.
  • Extensive understanding of the legislation and International Standards relating to the Core domains, especially if you have implemented or made some contribution to the development of these.
  • Certification in one or more Security subject areas such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP etc.
  • Previous experience of leading engagements and handling delivery teams
  • Identifying and integrating digital solutions into an organization’s strategy, vision, and aspirations
  • Demonstrable record in awareness and insight into current and developing market and industry trends, and their potential impact on our clients.
  • Commercial management experience, including pricing, costing, storytelling, and bid response.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
