Data Engineer

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing powerful dashboards and reports for our clients.

As a Data Engineer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and platforms that enable analytics and AI solutions. Working alongside senior engineers and architects, you will gain hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies and data engineering practices. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that drive digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain basic data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Support data integration and migration tasks.
• Work with Azure (or other Cloud providers) Data Services and learn cloud best practices.
• Assist with data quality checks and governance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and document workflows.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 2–3 years in data engineering or related field.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark) is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Ability to understand data requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Agile team experience (Scrum, DevOps).
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English.
• Willingness to travel and work at client locations.
