Your Role 

As a Business Analyst at Atos, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations evolve with clarity and confidence.

• Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs
• Define scope, goals, and requirements with stakeholders
• Translate insights into user stories and high-level software designs
• Advise on future-proof processes, including automation strategies
• Develop workflows and diagrams to visualize solutions
• Manage the requirements backlog and align regularly with stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimizations
• Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Engineering, Info Management or similar)
• 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlogs, refinements)
• Familiar with tools like BPM, UML, and concepts like TOGAF
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Certification in IREB, BABOK, ITIL, or similar? That’s a plus
• Industry experience in government, finance, or manufacturing = bonus
