Join our AMS (Application Modernization Services) practice in the Netherlands and become a driving force behind digital transformation and client projects. Your expertise will guide organizations towards more efficient and secure collaboration, making a real impact on the digital landscape. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Dive deep into operations, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems. 

• Guide businesses towards optimized processes and IT automation, turning visions into reality. 

• Study business functions, gather insights, and create output formats that hit the bullseye. 

• Map out journeys with precise workflow charts, exploring system capabilities, and outlining specifications for success. 

• Manage and organize requirement backlogs, providing clear insights through customer interactions. 

• Infuse expertise into existing systems, designing modifications that drive efficiency and set new benchmarks. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, or information management. 

• Bring 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, showcasing expertise and readiness for action. 

• Embrace the Agile/Scrum approach with flair. 

• Dive into BPM/UML/Workflow like a pro. 

• Shine with IREB/BABOK(IIBA)/BISL/ITIL/ISQI(CABA)/BCS certifications or hands-on experience. 

• Excel isn’t just a tool – It is a canvas where you weave insights. 

• Communicate fluently in English and Dutch, crafting compelling narratives.
