Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

Architect, design, develop, and support business solutions leveraging SAP BW 7.5 and SAP BW/4HANA 2021/2023.
Design scalable and high-performing data warehousing solutions using SAP Datasphere.
Demonstrate strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and enterprise objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and provide clear, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
Apply best practices and smart design techniques to drive solution quality and maintainability.

Testing & Validation (Upgrade-Focused)

Plan and execute comprehensive validation activities across DEV, QA, and UAT environments for BW/4HANA upgrade projects.
Investigate and resolve upgrade-related issues identified during testing and coordinate with SAP Support (OSS Notes/Service Desk) when necessary.
Prepare detailed test scripts covering:
- Data Models
- ETL/Data Replication Processes
- Process Chains
- Queries and Analysis for Office (AO) Workbooks
- Authorizations and Security
- Scheduling and Monitoring
Record, track, and manage test execution results and defects in tools such as HP ALM, including evidence, reproducible steps, status updates, and closure documentation.
Lead or support cutover rehearsals, performance testing, regression testing, and data reconciliation activities between BW/4HANA and source/target systems.
Provide go/no-go recommendations based on testing outcomes, risk assessments, and overall system readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA upgrades and migrations.
Experience with SAP Datasphere integration and modern SAP data architectures.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
