Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director/Management Consultant to join our team in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will be based in Denmark or Sweden and coordinate and lead customers' portfolios, ensuring that these projects align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves providing strategic direction, coordinating multi-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

 

Furthermore, the candidate should demonstrate practical communication abilities to facilitate the organization's progress. Our programs often require more than just technological solutions; they frequently necessitate profound cultural changes and adjustments to IT operating models within client organizations. These changes are driven by new technologies such as AI and the urgent need to establish strong cybersecurity defence.

 

The candidate must work effectively in an international setting with teams with varied strengths. Our clients have global operations, and our delivery teams operate globally, including India, Romania, and Poland. The candidate should be able to lead teams for both clients and Atos.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led and handled large-scale transformation projects within the Health Care and Life Sciences sector.
  • Lead all aspects of implementing infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
     

Qualifications:

  • Experience showcased as a Program Manager in the Health Care and Life Sciences and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Solid background in transformation and infrastructure services.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering sophisticated projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Superb communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish or Swedish is a plus.
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT contracts and managed services.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, and/or manufacturing industry trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and Health Care and Life Sciences compliance standards.
