As part of the launch of our HRIS transformation (implementing and maintaining the new WorkDay solution while maintaining SAP as the core platform across more than 20 countries), we are looking for a HRIS Application Manager to permanently strengthen our HR IT team. This Forward Hiring / Competency Build role aims to build internal expertise and ownership of our HR domain.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current SAP HR, Time Management, and Workforce Management processes.

Analyze and review payroll integrations and HR data flows.

Inventory existing interfaces, EDI exchanges, and custom developments while designing the target integration architecture.

Produce high-level functional specifications for key integrations within the new HRIS landscape.

Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Operations.
Skills and Qualifications

Essential Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP HR / SAP HCM with a strong command of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Workforce Management, and planning processes.

Transformation & Integration: Proven experience in multi-country HRIS transformation programs (20+ countries) and hands-on integration design between HRIS solutions, SAP platforms, and payroll systems.

Nice to Have: Good proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Management, Integration Center, SAP CPI) and enterprise integration models (EDI, middleware).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
