About Us:

We’re currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key player, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, key physicians, and stakeholders throughout the organization. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as you work remotely with a fully digitalized hospital in the USA.

IMPORTANT: Willingness to work in Central Time Zone (Local Texas Time Zone) on a B2B contract is a must-have.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) to effectively collaborate with our US-based clients.
• Certified Pro: Hold certifications in Prince2, Agile, or PMP methodologies? Fantastic! Your expertise will be invaluable.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Healthcare Information Technology, or related fields. If not, strong experience in application management projects, including patches and updates across multiple environments.
• Public Sector Experience: Previous work in medical environments or banking.
• Revenue Cycle Insight: Familiarity with planning and presenting projects in front of the change board, along with knowledge of ITIL change implementation processes.
• Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills are essential for bridging gaps between clinical and non-clinical user groups.
• Critical Business Dedication: You’ll be responsible for medical software in a hospital that fully relies on it.

Highly Appreciated Qualifications:

• Healthcare Insight: Understand the operational structure of healthcare organizations? You’re ahead of the game.
• Organizational Familiarity: Know the ins and outs of health care organization structures and clinical/non-clinical user groups.
• E2E Project Management Experience: Have you managed large Health Care enterprise applications projects or Epic EHR projects? Excellent!
• Epic EHR Expertise: If you’ve handled large-scale Epic EHR projects, that’s a bonus!
• IT Savvy: Familiarity with infrastructure dependencies? Great! You’ll navigate technical complexities seamlessly.
• Ticketing systems: While not required, experience with ServiceNow applications is a plus.
