Job Description

This technical position for Evidian Identity & Governance Management / Evidian Web Access Manager products includes:

  • Delivering technical support to customers

  • Providing Professional Services to customers

  • Delivering timely training and technical workshops to partners

  • Providing Technical Support to Sales team (pre-sales activity)

  • Participating in the localization of the products and manuals

  • Elaborating solutions and architecture that answers to customer’s advanced requirements

 

Essential Technical Skills

The following technical skills are required:

  • At least 3 years of experience with support of an Identity Access Management solution

(ID管理、ガバナンス、申請・承認ワークフロー、プロビジョニング、統合認証、フェデレーション、2要素認証)

  • Web technology: Apache, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript

  • Programming experience with Java, PHP

  • OS: Linux, Windows

  • Directory: LDAP, Active Directory

  • Database: MySQL

 

The candidate is also expected to have some experience in technical documentation.

  • Good presentation and communication skills for interfacing with customers.

  • Ability to listen and synthetize customers’ need and requirements

  • Attitude- confident, friendly, helpful, sincere and positive.

  • Initiative - seek out learning opportunities; continuously increasing technical and professional skills.

  • Strong motivation in addressing, analyzing and solving complex problems

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Japanese native. Working knowledge of English. Ability to read and write.

Additional Qualifications below would be a plus

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

  • Knowledge of Oracle database

  • Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Knowledge of network protocols

  • Knowledge of federation technology (SAML)
