Portfolio Manager

As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service throughout its lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. You will work closely with the Service Engineers, Security Architects, Pre-Sales, and Marketing during the lifecycle development process and you will act as a single point of contact for the service/product within scope.

The cybersecurity field is an ever-changing industry where new technologies and new threats are faced regularly. Therefore, we are looking for professionals who are fast learners, and open to discovering & master new technologies & concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Research the Cybersecurity industry and analyze market trends to articulate them into our cybersecurity portfolio;
• Identify opportunities for innovation, enhancements, and positive positioning in the market;
• Articulates market requirements and opportunities;
• Finds opportunities for innovation, improvements, and positive positioning in the market;
• Settles service/product specifications, defines the long-term strategy of the service/product, and builds the related roadmap;
• Drives service/product development, maintenance, and retirement for a set of services/products in a Portfolio Domain following the Atos SOLD/APLM process;
• Develop and maintain agreed business and release plans for the service/product you are responsible for;
• Prepares portfolio collateral as defined in SOLD/APLM Process;
• Recommends and implements the go-to-market plan in agreement with Marketing;
• Responsible for pricing structure, pricing, and benchmarking;
• Cooperates with partners;
• Handles service/product developments;
• Works closely with and ensures effective communication with the key internal and external partners to identify and drive disruptive portfolio innovation;
• Evangelizes and communicates portfolio and product vision to Customers, Atos Pre-Sales and Sales, as well as partners;

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Security Strategies, concepts & practices;
• Good knowledge of IT technology, portfolio and solutions, and related security risks;
• Good expertise across the broader IT infrastructure stack (Deep understanding of cloud, business drivers, and Cyber Security emerging trends);
• Multi-functional and inter-disciplinary awareness of other functions and disciplines;
• Effective time management and process-oriented development;
• Effective project management;
• Curious mind, interest in researching, learning & embracing new security trends & standard methodologies;
• Thinks out-of-the-box and with good risk analysis skills to analyze and explain the risks involved in using or bypassing proposed solutions & technologies;
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
