Onsite Support Technician

Job in a nutshell:
In this role you will provide quick response to client incidents on site to troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and engage appropriate technical resources to resolve client issues.
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
Onsite - Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
What will you be doing:
- Obtains diagnostic data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
and ensures that are fully documented.
- Initiates and co-ordinates investigations to discover root causes, and progresses
the implementation of remedial action.
- Monitors plans and actions to investigate and resolve incidents and problems, including any suppliers
and specialists involved, and contributes to problem management policy decisions.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting experience
- Windows 10/11 and MAC experience
- Customer service
- English Intermediate – Advanced
