Eviden Spain is in search of a skilled SAP CRM Senior Consultant with expertise in IS-U environments to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in SAP CRM implementation projects within IS-U environments, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to design, configure, and customize SAP CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on SAP CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance your skills and deliver value to clients.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a SAP CRM Consultant, with a focus on IS-U environments.
  • Deep expertise in SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center.
  • Strong understanding of utility industry processes and requirements, particularly in customer management.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (fluent) and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong client relationships.
