Integration Lead

Our team is looking for a senior developer who has experience in technical design and system integration – and ready to grow in this area of custom software development!

Position Summary/Overview:

Our future team member is responsible for the supervision of all activities related to technical design and the integration of software components in a global solution developed by a large international team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other senior professionals to determine non-functional requirements for new software components
• Contribute to technical specifications with attention to system integration, security and architecture design
• Communicate successfully all concepts both internally to the development teams and externally to the customer
• Oversee progress of development teams to ensure consistency with the initial design and non-functional requirements
• Analyze new requirements, define solutions and implement proof-of-concepts as required
• Report to various levels of management in English
• Occasional regional travel

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree preferred, and 7+ years of relevant work experience as a senior developer
• 1+ years of experience in leading technical design of software components and coordinating work of developers during the implementation and delivery phases
• Proven experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a lead, independent, proactive approach and a keen eye for quality is required
• Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including web APIs, data transformation, encryption and security
• Knowledge of .NET, Microsoft Azure and Android platforms is a major advantage
• Experience with the whole lifecycle of software development and delivery process including deployment, infrastructure and test automation
• A passion for all things tech and has a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business
