As a Test Engineer, it is important to have an inquisitive and curious attitude. He/she also needs to be able to communicate well at all levels within a project. Personal development also helps in being able to work independently and within a team. A Test Engineer has the skills that apply to the field of testing. He/she is familiar with the test processes, terminology, methods and techniques. He/she needs to be familiar with test levels (unit test, component test, integration test, system test, acceptance test). He/she is able to carry out the test tasks independently. As a Test Engineer, you need to be familiar with different testing tools, understand how they work, create and maintain scripts. He/she is able to use one or more tools. This within a project or maintenance environment. As a Test Engineer, you need to be familiar with different programming languages and be able to apply them if necessary. Knowledge of programming languages is important to develop automatic test scripts.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of defect management.

- Knowledge of estimating and planning test activities/products.

- Knowledge of test process, phases and managing the test process.

- Knowledge of testing techniques.

- Programming in C# (main programming skill)

- Programming in Java (main programming skill).

-Programming in JavaScript.

-Programming in Python (main programming skill).

- Knowledge of Agile software development .

- Microsoft Azure DevOps (test management, defect tracking)

- Selenium (TDD/testing frameworks)

-TOSCA (test management, test automation, defect tracking)

-Cucumber (Gherkin)

- Cypress (TDD/acceptance testing frameworks)

- Robot Framework (TDD/acceptance testing frameworks)

- Mobile/cloud testing solutions: SauceLabs, BrowserStack
