The consultants at Eviden Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) have a broad vision of the market, closely monitor innovations and new developments and offer demonstrable added value to customers. They are involved, knowledgeable and focused on collaboration. In short, our consultants are real team players. Social bonding with colleagues, intensive collaboration with the customer and gaining experience are central here. The young talents from the Foundation provide support and expertise in customer projects at the intersection of business and IT. In addition to carrying out a customer assignment, you also contribute to the Eviden DTC organization by, for example, contributing to propositions, in quotation processes or in the organization of customer events.

About the Eviden DTC Foundation program

As a young talent, your home base is the Eviden DTC Foundation. You provide support and expertise during customer projects at the intersection of business and IT. We do this in the various fields within Eviden DTC.

Digital Strategy, Insights and Experience improve the performance of organizations by utilizing digital technology in the areas of AI, big data/analytics, Customer Experience and Change management. Eviden DTC advises customers on a digital technology strategy and helps with its implementation.
Digital Process Automation Excellence processes are the basis of an effective working method and good performance. Eviden DTC focuses on the integral realization of visible performance improvements through sustainable and innovative optimization processes. This allows our customer organizations to respond to changes in a timely manner. Here too, we look at the latest technologies in this field, such as RPA.
Digital Technology Strategy & Innovation non-functioning IT systems can jeopardize the continuity of business operations. Eviden DTC helps customers to control, improve and manage the IT function within organizations, this is often done using cloud technology.
Our business consultants can be deployed flexibly on assignments throughout the Netherlands (and sometimes abroad) and develop into professional consultants within the Foundation. Practice is the most important learning experience, so after your introductory period you will gain customer experience as quickly as possible.

Your profile
As a consultant you analyze complex problems and have an eye for detail. You manage your own work and are responsible for its quality. During the implementation of the various projects, it is important that you work effectively with colleagues and customers, even under high pressure. The challenging and diverse projects require people who can keep several balls in the air. You therefore have:
 

• Completed university master's degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Information Sciences, Business Analytics or similar;
• Demonstrable experience and affinity with working at the intersection between Business and IT.
• 0 – 1.5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the role of (junior) consultant, project manager or analyst.
