The work environment
Within an international team the Contract Manager is positioned in the Sales Support division and is therewith part of the sales organization of equensWorldline. The Sales Support division has its operations in all regions where equensWorldline is active. In Sales Support we basically have three pillars, being sales support (in general), bid management and contract management. The focus for this position is The Netherlands, but also clients outside of NL will be served.
What will be your job?
As contract manager you will have a vital role in contracting with our clients in all aspects. You will be engaged in pre-sales activities, preparing all kind of contracts and agreements, aligning with sales managers, the business lines, operations, legal and compliance. You will find yourself as a true spider in the web. Contract management also implies that you will maintain the contracts, keep them up to date and pro-actively take action when needed. You will have a lot of contacts with our clients and prospects, negotiating, discussing and concluding.
What do you have to offer?
A good contract manager must have a lot of skills. You should have a good balance on commercial interest, risk, compliancy. For being in direct contact with our clients and prospects your contactual skill set must be optimal. You have to bring internal sensitivity when it comes down to dealing with the stakeholders inside our company. Experience in the field of contracting is required. Your education will be equivalent to HBO/University (economics, law). Professional Dutch and English language in both writing and speech is a must.
What do we offer in return?
Depending on education and experience, your gross annual salary (including thirteenth month and holiday allowance) will be between € 52.900.- and € 72.700,- based on a 36 hour work week. Next to that we offer excellent secondary benefits such as an annual performance allowance and an interesting, challenging and international work environment. Furthermore, there is room for professional and personal development and a good work-life
balance. Working hours are determined after consultation with the manager. You will be based in Utrecht.
