Within the Digital Transformation (DT) practice, we are looking for a senior and experienced Business Consultant to join our Digital Organization & Change Management team. The role is a key member of the DT practice. The role is business-focused rather than technical, and operates across pre-sales, sales and delivery of Consulting (advisory) and combined Consulting & Systems Implementation/Integration projects.
The role is Europe-based (any country) and involve extensive travel, mostly in Europe but as required worldwide.
The role requires strong capability across business consulting client engagements and the ability to operate as part of a team to sell and deliver the full detailed consulting solution to the client.
Many of our clients are undertaking internal transformations to become Digital Organisations. These span organisational design, change management, and the re-design of working practices to succeed in the digital age. The change management around these transformations address culture, leadership, governance and operating/organizational designs. The nature of work across professional, technical, sales, administrative and other workforces is also changing and we help our clients respond to this. How we undertake change is also different today, combining traditional techniques with viral, behavioural and digital approaches. Many clients are re-inventing their Digital Workplace for the “era after email”, for example adopting Microsoft’s O365 stack, the google suite, technologies such as Slack and Salesforce Community. They are implementing collaboration technologies such as unified communications, enterprise social networks, enterprise content management, file sharing, news feeds; they are adopting BYOT and opening up their applications and data to allow their people to be productive, innovative, collaborative whilst ensuring continued good governance. They also realise that just implementing the technology does not deliver business benefits – and that is where our team comes in.
We are particularly interested in people who have delivered Social Collaboration projects in global organisations, and who have performed change management around O365 or other cloud-based technologies.
The role also requires an ability to think from the client’s business problem angle, to start at board-level and work across a client organization, including the prevention of techno solutionism, or framing business solutions around an ecosystem of technology and other changes when appropriate.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant areas preferred
- Likely to have at least 10 years of experience in consulting activities, some of which should be in the above technologies/business domains
- Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft O365, Google and change management techniques relevant to these highly desirable
- Fluent in English and ideally another European language especially French, German, Spanish.
- Mobile internationally to serve our global clients and work with our Consulting teams in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Geneva, Madrid
- Location - anywhere in Poland, likely to be close to a city with international airport.
We offer work in an international environment, a competitive salary package, relocation bonus (according to the internal procedures), private medical care, life and disability insurance. Learning & Development / Coaching and mentoring sessions with Senior Consultants are also available
