Process Coordinator Customer Services

Worldline is looking for a Process Coordinator Customer Services (CS) for Tools, Process & Projects to join the VPLS team (Value added Services & New Product Launch). The VPLS team is dedicated to product and application support for new Worldline products that are not yet industrialized. The team provides support to internal and external customers. 

 

Your job will consist of 5 main parts:

 

  1. Onboard new services & products in the VPLS team
  2. Develop support & services structures
  3. Support the customers, services & products in pilot phase
  4. Document processes & handover towards other departments
  5. Implement Projects.

Part of your challenge will be in contributing to improve (established) processes and report any potential risk or issue towards the manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assess as from the startup phase the potential impact on Operations of a new product and provide high level estimations on workload requirements to Management
  • Actively participate in the setup process and assume operational responsibilities until it becomes BAU (Business As Usual)
  • Set up processes that  provide services management
  • Work with external parties such as; customers, suppliers, internal & external systems, that interact with the business.  Describe which people, resources and tools are involved in these processes.
  • During the project life cycle, ensure the CS requirements are implemented as defined and accordingly the agreed upon timeframe, by participating to the project teams
  • As part of the project team, establish the agreed-upon deliverables (with mainly focus on facilitating the operational readiness for CS teams);
  • Describe the primary business functions of the VPLS team and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions.
  • Collect (& simplify) complex and/or conflicting information about the products or services.
  • Define and validate the set of support processes for each new product. 
  • Define the data shared across the departments or teams and the relationships between them and this data.
  • Create per product or service a minimal data & process set which enables the VPLS team to start supporting or testing these (new) products.

  • The ability to act as liaison transmitting information needs of the business to IT and other data constraints to the business.
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.
  • Native facilitator with a problem solver spirit.
  • Develop his/her own network of people.
