Trainee -Digital Transformation Consulting

 

Atos Digital Transformation Consulting is opening an internship in organizational Change Management Department.

 

What you will be doing as an intern:

 

Management of Change & Adoption - Focus on “people” with communication, mobilization and training of all stakeholders plus reinforce to make the change stick (adoption)

Digital Learning & Training Strategy - Accompanying learning phases with interactive training approaches and modern teaching media in the digital journey

Agile Coaching & Transformation Management - Use agile coaching methods and scaled approaches for enterprise transformation journeys to the new way of agile working

Organizational Design - Develop people to be adaptive for new collaborative organizations with mindset, culture and digital processes

 

What we require:

 

  • Active student status
  • Experience in corporate environment will be an asset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
  • Good knowledge MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills, ability to effectively maintain relationship with stakeholders using remote tools
  • Willingness to work in in a fast-paced project environment
  • Quick-learning skills
  • Independence
  • Attention to details
