Responsibilities:

 

 

 

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from the vacancy opening to the offer acceptance, including direct sourcing
  • Building the strategy together with the Recruitment Business Partner and Hiring Managers with the goal to identify, attract and engage the best talents on the market
  • Building long-lasting relationships with the Hiring Managers
  • Managing and securing a pipeline of candidates and taking care of the data integrity
  • Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labor market, competition and external talent knowledge
  • Building and maintaining the effective network of the candidates to improve attract top quality IT candidates

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant IT recruitment background in a recruitment agency or in an internal recruitment department in a corporation
  • Well-established network across the technical arena of candidates
  • Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
  • Real passion for the latest cutting-edge technologies and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Outstanding advisory skills with the ability to influence others
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience and IT market knowledge
  • Permanent agreement or B2B contract available
