Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Section Leader to support our team in Łódź or in Wrocław. Joining us you will be responsible for:


  • Managing team of 20+ employees and supporting them in daily tasks
  • Setting goals for subordinates and holding them accountable
  • Participating and conducting recruitment interviews with candidates
  • Evaluating and recommending candidates
  • Cooperating with Project Managers, Technology Experts and Recruitment Team on daily basis in refer to projects team’s setup
  • Providing active support for the extensive development of the department and the practice
  • Supporting the branch's branding activities, combined with a creative approach to the challenges encountered



Must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating people and tasks
  • Experience in work efficiency management and conflict management
  • Very well-developed English skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Reliability and precision at work
  • Willingness to take initiative and responsibility


Nice to have:

  • Experience in leading recruitment interviews
  • Experience in IT sector
  • Communicative German and/or French
  • Completed technical or managerial studies
