Job description

The position is based in our headquarter in Wrocław, at Wołowska street.

The person in this position plays a key role in the management of human resources documentation and the flow of documents between employees, managers and the HR department, is also a key to the efficient management of documentation in the process of remote work of Atos GDC employees. The main scope at this position is focused on :

  • Coordination of the HR-related documents, such as contracts of employment
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Preparing reports concerning personnel administration process
  • Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Responsibility for the areas associated with the personnel administration
  • Administrating benefits and their daily handling in consultation with suppliers and brokers
  • Preparing payroll data concerning the benefits
  • Watching over financial processes related to the procurement of services and payment execution. Reviewing the accounting declarations against the information provided for the calculation of remuneration in respect of benefits.
  • Handling staff requests for the administration of benefits
  • Management of employees' obligations to the employer arising from concluded benefit agreements

Profile and skills we can't do without!

  • At least 2 years of experience within HR area;
  • Upper-intermediate knowledge of English, or higher (min. B2) and fluent Polish
  • Knowledge of the labour law and social security;
  • Knowledge of MS Office services, especially MS Excel;
  • Good work organization - prioritizing, autonomy in executing duties, working independently
  • Presented high level of coping with stress and pressure of time
  • Experience in running small projects
  • Perceptiveness,
  • Thoroughness and accuracy,
  • Outstanding level of interpersonal skills - communicational, teamwork and partnership.
