Application Modernization (AMS) is one of the largest Atos business practices in Poland. It employs over 1,000 IT professionals in the areas of BA, Testing, Project Management, Data Base, and Development. AMS executes contracts for more than 140 clients from various industries.

 

We are currently looking for Client Partner (Account Manager)

 

The Client Partner is an Atos representative who excels in managing customer business relationships. His/her mission is to help grow one or several Atos client-accounts across the Public Sector & Defense International Organisations Industry, more specifically in the context of European Institutions and Agencies. We need an experienced player with a strong engagement on upselling opportunities, someone who approaches the customer with an open mind and acts proactively.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

Customer Management – Planning, Selling and Delivery

  • Construct and reinforce relationship with customers

  • Be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization

  • Be accountable for some dimensions of the account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery

  • Develop fertilization and farming actions on his/her account(s) to feed growth strategy

  • Help the Client Executive Partner (CEP) in implementing the Account Plan, growth strategy and ambition for his/her client(s)

  • Ownership and reporting on the key indicators of the Account such as: Order entry growth; Total Revenue growth; project margin

  • Free Cash Flow (billing acceleration, overdue reduction, contract asset reduction); customer satisfaction

  • Ownership of the Monthly Account Review process

  • Contribute to the development of new products/services through the identification of customer needs

  • Co-develop new Industry-specific solutions with customers and client executives

Core skills and competences:

  • Experience in sales and contract management, best in the public sector

  • Excellent English language skills, French will be an asset

  • Experience with monthly reporting and financial forecasting

  • Be a proactive ‘self-starter

  • Excellent negotiation skills
