The role of Business Analyst has a responsibility to collect, conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.

 

Job Description:

  • Work directly with the end customer,
  • Elicit requirements,
  • Manage requirements and assure traceability,
  • Handle requirements change management,
  • Prepare requirements specification for developer teams,
  • Estimate the size of the projects,
  • Detect and asses the risks.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Project proven experience with business analysis and engineering requirements,
  • Experience with business processes modeling,
  • Experience in user stories, use cases analysis,
  • General knowledge of Java EE technology to communicate with developers team,
  • Knowledge of UML and BPEL,
  • Strong soft and presentation skills,
  • Proficient English,
  • knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
