We are providing high class services modernizing IT environment, platforms and software for our customers and looking for an experienced cluster lead with strong systems engineering background to deliver our services in a hybrid mode (ITSM for incident/Problem management and Agile for platforms migration and deployment activities).


Generic scope of work may be following:

· Leading and mentoring an engineering team working at integration and maintenance of Atlassian products.

· Contract scope management and dealing with end customer.

· Analyzing, estimating, planning, and deploying technical solutions based on user stories utilizing Agile methodology.

· Keeping SLA for ITSM part of the service.

· Planning tasks and a setting up priorities for the cluster team.

· Managing problems and service recovery


Required skills:

· Fluent English.

· Experience in Agile delivery including estimating and planning of sprints.

· Experience in IT services management and delivery including direct cooperation with demanding customer.

· Good understanding of IaaC, PaaC automation and containerization.


Advantageous skills

· Experience in DevOps or System Engineering role - preferably Linux based.

· Good understanding of cloud-native architecture environment – preferable AWS.

· Experience with Atlassian platforms.

· Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
