IT Projects Resource Coordinator


Position Summary

As a Resource Coordinator you will have an opportunity to support recruitment process for projects and services delivery department and work closely with dedicated hiring Managers. Additionally, you will have a chance to create the best recruitment experience for candidates and for other parties involved in the recruitment process.


Your new role:

  • Participating and conducting recruitment interviews with candidates,
  • Taking responsibility for HR part during interviews and provide all details about company to the candidates,
  • Completing and tracking all information after interviews in databases,
  • Evaluating and recommending candidates,
  • Cooperating with Managers, Technology Experts and Recruitment Team on daily basis in refer to projects team’s setup.
  • Contact with the B2B agencies and coordinate recruitment process for B2B candidates,



We look for

  • Minimum one year of experience in conducting recruitment interviews,
  • Experience in IT sector will be a plus,
  • Communicative English (min. B2),
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality,
  • Willingness to handle multiple tasks,
  • Reliability and precision at work,
  • Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
