Responsibilities

  • Lead transition and transformation projects with respect to revenue and margin, team size, geographical spread, sub-contractor terms, risk profile and diverse technologies
  • Define the overall transition and transformation strategy based on the customer requirements
  • Analyze the customer business and technical requirements to ensure the transition and transformation approach is aligned accordingly and develops a compelling transition and transformation strategy
  • Define the transition and transformation plan covering all migration steps
  • Take part in Due Diligence process and definition of current and future mode of operation
  • Manage the resources to execute the transition and transformation program / projects
  • Cooperation with a customer and third parties
  • Influence key stakeholders to maximize chances of success, as measured by the project critical success factors
  • Ensure quality of project products within the agreed parameters
  • Compliance with corporate policies and standards
  • Involvement in all phases of the Transition and Transformation process including bid (RFI/RFP creation)

 

Requirements

  • Educated to university level (e.g., Bachelor or Master). Preferably engineering degree in Computer Science/Information systems or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Strong client facing and management Skills
  • Proven record of delivery within the Financial Services & Insurance sector and awareness of financial regulatory requirements
  • Proven record of realistic estimation and demonstration of financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for medium size and large projects
  • Project management certification (PgMP/PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner/MSP)
  • Experienced in management of international projects
  • Excellent language skills in both German and English

The minimum yearly salary for this post is € 50.652,- full-time. Your personal yearly salary will be set in accordance with your qualification and experience in line with the market.
