OSS & MANO Solution Architect

Requirements

 

  • 8 to 10 years in OSS Telecommunication & 3-5 years virtual telecommunication environments management
  • Must have worked in at least 5-7 OSS domain including assurance and fulfilment subdomains as Architect or Technical Lead or Lead developer providing Implementation, Enhancement, and support services
  • Extensive experience in consulting, solution design and implementation with OSS domain ecosystem
  • Experience in conceptualizing complex solutions using OSS stack involving aspects such as business process transformation, enterprise integration, legacy system(s) decommissioning, data migration, organization consolidation and multi-country rollout
  • Experience on business development and Pre-sales activities and ability to understand the business requirements to come up with demos and winning solutions
  • Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the stakeholders along Tele Management Forum standards for OSS
  • Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools
  • Experience in building solution demo and leading customer workshops, bid defense presentations
  • Extensive experience with industry data model (resource, service data models)
  • Deep knowledge on telecommunication network structure/architecture
  • ETSI, 3GPP, TMF, OASIS standards awareness
  • Telecommunication OSS assurance domain experience
  • Inventory systems awareness
  • Must have design & implementation experience with the following subdomains: a. Fault Management b. Performance Management c. Order management d. Fulfilment Processes e. Inventory Management f. Work Force Management
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies – VMs, containers
  • Experienced in working with agile methodology and being part of Scrum/Done teams
  • Awareness of CI/CD tools HELM, Ansible, Jenkins, ELK Suite, Grafana
  • Mentoring and training new hires on OSS/MANO domain and build teams
  • Must have very good communication skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience is must
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products
  • Cloud certification with any of the hyperscaler’s (Google, AWS, Azure) are mandatory

 

Would be nice to have:

  • Experience in large scale customer transformation projects where new MANO stack is under deployment
