This role involves:

  • Resource management - employee assignment, timesheet reporting
  • Project control - creation, budget and risk control, closure
  • Procurement - purchase orders creation, budget control, purchase orders closure
  • Month end closure participation - project financial data control, rebooking, invoicing
  • Financial reports
  • SAP – data management
  • Support for Project Manager
  • Support for Financial Controller

What do we require?

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial controlling department
  • Master's degree (Finance, Accounting)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Advanced SAP knowledge
  • Experience in corporate environment will be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Quick-learning skills
