What you will be doing in your job:

  • You will be part of large international public sector organization, within a team focused on digital transformation, business consultancy and advisory roles,
  • Deep-dive into client business environment and translate the findings into recommendations and advisory documentation,
  • Work towards business improvement documentation,
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions,
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies,
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings,
  • Performing requirements analysis (BRD & SRS preparation),
  • Documenting and effectively communicating results, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management,
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports,
  • Working closely with clients, IT and business experts, technicians, and managerial staff,
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements,
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures,
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements,
  • Managing competing resources and priorities,
  • Coordinating actions of all stakeholders, IT PM, business, environments.


Who & What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree,
  • Excellent documentation skills,
  • Proven track record of providing coherent, complete and consistent business requirements, BRD, SRS, etc.,
  • Experience of communicating with key stakeholders and leading workshops for eliciting requirements, documentation and recommendations,
  • Ability to clearly articulate and document relevant conclusions,
  • Ability to identify the key processes and coherently create relevant high-level mapping documentation,
  • As-Is and To-Be process map preparation,
  • Business Case modelling,
  • High competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook,
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations,
  • Dynamism and Proactivity, analytical and decision-making attitude,
  • Experience in consulting activities, ability to interact and negotiate with the client with a consulting approach,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Mobile internationally (up to 80%),
  • EU visa is a must,
  • Base Location: Anywhere in Poland close to a city with an international airport – Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź preferred.


As a plus:

  • Ph.D. in progress or finished,
  • Work in research and education,
  • Fluency in German or French.
