We are looking for talent for our "Big Data & Cyber Security" division! Support our team as Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) at the Vevey site as soon as possible.

 

 

Tasks

 

  • Central point of contact for the customer and the contractual services sourced by the customer
  • Responsibility for the delivery of services to the expected quality level
  • Managing internal and external service providers and leading sub-projects
  • Collaboration with key account management for long-term retention and development of assigned customers
  • Supporting the presales phase as well as the service implementation and transition phase
  • Contract creation, ongoing contract maintenance and triggering of invoicing


Profile

 

  • Completed higher education in information technology
  • Several years of experience in IT service management (SLAs, escalation management, contract management, etc.)
  • Technical expertise in Windows, Linux and virtualized environments
  • Certified in IT Service Management (at least ITIL V3 Foundation)
  • High solution orientation and a convincing appearance
  • Organizational talent, initiative and strong implementation skills are your hallmarks
  • French, German and English spoken and written
