Position: Business Analyst – Service Delivery

 

Location: Remote 

 

Role Description:

 

This role requires a strong sense of team, collaborative skills, a delivery focus with a strong sense of the platform impact and a customer service mindset. The role works closely with business analysts, quality assurance and other development resources. Role responsibilities are to deliver and support end-to-end, efficient, cost effective and reliable Software as a Service (SaaS) Platforms/Products through the full life cycle. This Narrative covers the role of Developer on the ServiceNow platform.

 

The main goal of the role is to implement and support technology to achieve business goals. Using Agile and Waterfall system development life cycles, they implement wanted functionality while adhering to our quality standards and processes. They will translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, and develop, unit test and support the solutions. This includes leading discovery work sessions to review requirements and obtain clarity, leading design work sessions and produce deliverables, such as mock-ups, flow diagrams. As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with other team members in the development and deployment of deliverables, including mentoring, design and code reviews to ensure efficiency of execution.
