An important aspect of our Device Subscription Services is the end-to-end management of the forecast, demand and fulfillment of what devices need to be ordered for our customers. As a demand manager you play a crucial role in shaping the forecast and building the detailed demand for our Digital Workplace Device Subscription Service customers so that devices are ordered in the right quantity, model and for the right location. You will be working closely with the account team, the customers, procurement, and the suppliers to: - build and maintain the rolling forecasts for the devices that need to be ordered – based on the device refresh rate, new joiners, break-fix levels, stock levels, supply chain lead times - translate the forecast into actual orders that can be picked up by procurement - align with the account teams to ensure the right models are ordered and identify alternatives where needed



• Build and maintain reports for the number of devices that are reaching end of lease, end of warranty, number of devices in central and local stock

• Understand the overall supply chain and lead times from the manufacturer (s)

• Work closely with the account teams and customer teams to build the rolling forecast for:

o Refresh devices (end of warranty / end of lease)

o New joiners o Device changes o HW failure replacements

• Ensure that the periodical demand is shaped and starting the purchase requisition and purchase order creation and approval processes on time (including local and global investment committees where applicable)

• Escalate to leadership teams as necessary to achieve committed timelines and SLA’s

• Work with the local on-site teams and depot teams to understand local stockrooms and stock levels

• Implement a minimum stock level for devices and peripherals to ensure re-ordering is triggered timely and equipment is being deployed appropriately

• Proactively ensure that there is enough room on the periodical PO’s so that the operational ordering of devices can be smoothly processes

• Based on the rolling forecast, define the actual order details

• Work with the account and migration teams to finalize / approve the actual orders and initiate the order process for procurement

• Work with the account team and procurement to find potential different routes of sourcing of devices in case the standard ordering is not possible due to supply chain issues

• Feed experience and knowledge into the automation and optimization program for demand management

• Provide weekly, monthly quarterly reports on hardware forecast, fulfillment and order processing timelines as needed



• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role and/or digital workplace

• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Mathematical and statistical knowledge

• Good understanding of ServiceNow

• Excellent Excel skills

• Very good understanding of end user computing hardware

• Good understanding of endpoint management and device management • Understanding of procurement processes (general and Atos specifically)

• Understanding of supply chains

• Understanding of digital workplace transformation projects


Education Bachelor's degree in business, IT or supply chain
