Consultant Development Manager

 

 

The role of consultant development manager consists of the following responsibilities:
•    Recruiting of all skills required to support the practice.
o    Primary interface to Sale and Delivery for demand creation
o    Management of staffing functions (shared service and internal) to locate and recruit candidates for open positions.
o    Creation and management of all requisitions and process requirements related to hiring functions.
o    Resource allocation to sold business and utilization monitoring.
•    Consultant Development
o    Training and education of Practice consultants
    Maintain a matrix of consultant skills aligned with project demand from Sales and Delivery.
    Training plans to address high demand areas.
    Funding and oversight of consultant training based on demand.
o    Manage Engage/Atos talent development programs. Examples are Gold, Fuel and Launch
•    Performance Management
o    Ownership of the assessment and rating process for the Practice
o    Consolidation and collaboration with Practice leadership to ensure fairness and equity across the organization.
o    Performance plans, and management of low performers.
o    Collect feedback on consultant performance at a project level.
•    Management Functions
o    Member of the North America Practice leadership team.
o    Represent assigned metrics weekly at a geography level and as required for MBR's, etc.
    Resource Utilization
    MBR Metrics (Iceberg, project planning, scatter diagrams for projects, etc.)
o    Managing vendors and internal shared services as required to ensure performance expectations to the Practice are met.
o    People management functions for direct staff
