The ARAA practice represents a growing capability within Atos and currently comprises a hardworking team of analysts, developers, consultants and architects covering all aspects of the information management lifecycle; from data management through to business intelligence and analytics.


We are seeking a passionate subject matter expert in Data & Analytics to join our growing team! We are especially interested in consultants with a broad range of technology and sector experience who have the appetite and capability to advise and architect innovative data solutions for our clients, including traditional, Big Data and advanced analytics.



  • Definition of High Level and Detailed solution designs both on-premises and in the cloud based on client requirements
  • Solution Costing for bids
  • Involvement in pre-sales and bid efforts to define and explain BI and data management solution architectures
  • Client facing role working through requirements and delivering solution architectures in required formats and using agreed data design/modelling tools


Essential skills:

  • Expert on End-to-End Data Engineering Value Chain. Detailed solutioning capability on Data Migration, Data Products, DataOps, Cloud Native Data Platform and Data Fabric.
  • Should have designed / solutioned /architected cloud native data platform, data engineering pipelines, Data Fabric for customers across Financial Services, Public Sector and Retail.
  • Should have exposure to handling large data sets
  • Should have experience in AWS or GCP or Azure or IBM Data Services
  • Should have experience in products such as DataStage, Snowflake
  • Demonstrable experience of defining and building BI /Data Warehouse and Big Data solutions
  • Architecture experience in at least one cloud environment
  • Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Expertise in running client workshops to extract and understand client data requirements and turn these into solution designs
  • Be able to demonstrate a thorough appreciation of the architecture, design and data related issues that affect the development of the different types of Data Warehouse and BI applications
  • Experience across a range of relational and database technology, including Oracle and SQL Server
  • Must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
  • Pragmatic and detail orientated
  • Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills


Skills we`d like:

  • Experience in leading pre-sales activities
  • Appreciation and awareness of the latest concepts around Big Data and its application in BI architectures and solutions
  • Architecture experience in a further Cloud environment
