The Opportunity
We are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Operational Excellence Consultant to join our team! Within the consulting business in the UK, the Operational Excellence Team delivers on all aspects of our client’s digital transformation journeys. 


Required skills and experience 
•    A consultancy background; potentially having just finished a graduate scheme; including experience on business analysis engagements
•    Experience of supporting senior consultants within engagements that focus on clients’ operations, including cost reduction and automation
•    Great teammate when delivering consulting assignments for clients
•    Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
•    Training in / experience of project management tools and techniques
•    This role is [UK] based and may require [International] travel, as the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK. Additionally Security Clearance (held or eligible) is highly desirable.


Desired skills and experience 
•    Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Analysis certifications
•    Prior knowledge and/or experience of digital transformation projects
