The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team!

We seek for an individual who brings the ability to move straight from strategy to transformation design and delivery.  Someone who will set up and lead a team, establish the core governance required to support sustainable change and take clients on the steps required to move them forward on their transformation journey to scale.

You will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high performing experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.


We deliver results for our clients by exploiting digital opportunities, ethically. Year on year we have delivered multiple award-winning projects recognised by the UK Management Consultancies Association. Our work is centred on corporate social responsibility, to ensure that what we deliver enables our clients and members of society to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space. 

Required skill set and experience
•    Experience in delivering client facing projects or programmes using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
•    Proven ability to manage a multi-functional team of consultants, designers, researchers and / or developers across the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, to deliver a quality output that meets and exceeds client expectations
•    Commercial awareness, including proven experience in building and extending client relationships, particularly the ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges, leading to tangible sales
•    Experience in developing digital strategy or transformation roadmaps
•    Experience in delivering or overseeing quantitative and qualitative research to assess challenges faced by organisations in today’s digital market (spanning industry, market, competition and customer) 
•    Strong analytical skills with an ability to apply both a macro and micro lens to an organisation’s challenges and prioritise complex outcomes  
•    Ability to build drive outcomes while working with or leading a matrix team and with senior stakeholders
•    Experience of leading or contributing to bids for new opportunities.
This role is UK based and may require travel if the need arises. Candidates must meet all visa and work permit requirements to successfully reside and work within the UK.
