We are currently recruiting Junior Consultants to join the Organisational Change Management team, within our Digital Transformation Consulting Practice.  Individuals will be client-facing and will play a critical role to support business transformations while embedding cutting-edge digital technologies into high-profile public and private sector clients.



Strong candidates will be experienced in:


  • Delivering people-related change support in a digital and business transformation context. Candidates will have awareness of – and interest in – how organisations are responding to the digital agenda, and what this means for people, their roles, and how jobs and roles are transforming in the future.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning for change.  This will include supporting the development of a case for change; agreeing the future state and evaluating our client’s readiness for change.  For example:  Building a business case for the CIO of a leading professional service firm and using rich media to communicate the vision and journey.
  • Mobilising and driving adoption of new technologies.  This will include supporting the establishment of a change network; engaging senior sponsors in advocacy for the change; managing stakeholder resistance; writing communications and take part in the development of engagement strategies and plans. 
  • Delivering change. This will include identifying and addressing technology adoption issues and designing and delivering an end-user training and learning programme.
  • Organisational Design.  This will include supporting the alignment of organisational structures, developing roles and responsibilities, and workforce planning.


Role requirements


  • Masters or Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in the relevant subject area.
  • Relevant experience in the Consulting sector and in roles specifically supporting or managing change is highly desirable.
  • Previous exposure to collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as the MS O365 suite, SAP, and Salesforce) is highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills, while operating in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
  • Fluency in English and, ideally, one other European language such as French, German or Spanish.
  • Ability to travel at short notice for varying durations of time. 
  • Domestic travel will be required.  International travel may be required, to serve our global clients and work with our Consulting teams across Europe.
