The Opportunity

Data is a cornerstone of our marketing strategy at Atos and a key factor in how we drive decision making and optimise our marketing tactics by allowing us to adopt an evidence-based approach to maximise investments.

We are looking for a data analyst to join our Global Marketing function to support with data visualisation that enables strategic insight and decision making.

As part of our Operations & Data Analytics team, you will be working alongside marketers across the function to provide analysis, navigating our data systems and extrapolating key features.

You will analyse customer behaviour across diverse data sets and sources to understand customer journeys, i.e. understand how we are engaging with customers, present findings to marketing teams, and recommend actions to improve customer experience and marketing performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Help to automate performance information and develop analytical processes
  • Deliver high quality insight though analysis of diverse datasets and information and present findings to the marketing leadership team
  • Utilise BI software to create informative dashboards and data visualisation
  • Generate marketing insights that will steer organisational direction, inform decision-making and improve business performance
  • Be a focal point for both strategic and tactical data analysis
  • Working with different stakeholders across the marketing function, understanding their needs and help them leverage data and insights
  • Working with data scientist to recommend and drive actions and improve internal processes
  • Analyse customer data to understand the customer journey and working in collaboration with marketing teams to optimize the customer experience
  • Ad-hoc generation of any reports required by marketing leadership

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience with business intelligence solutions or data analytics platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Domo etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with databases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
