The opportunity

This role is required to support AMO Company Secretariat within the Shared services Account Management Office to ensure Client expectations and obligations are adhered to and met.

A key element for the team to act and serve as the day-to-day conduit for all Secretariat matters, acting as the internal co-ordinator for overall service delivery! Additionally, a number of shared service and support activities are managed by the function.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Diary Management support, or Travel and expense management for BTS executive members
  • Entering and monitoring of operational goals and objectives
  • Assist with internal management of meetings and minute taking as required
  • Update organisation structure charts and seating plans
  • Help track, chase, and monitor all action points arising from Boards, Committee and meetings on behalf of AMO Company Secretariat
  • Work as delegate on Procurement to pay process
  • Help prepare presentations and make any changes to these as required
  • Provide administration and secretarial support to the AMO Company Secretariat and handle confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators and service providers, with an emphasis on working in partnership to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Manage the collection of data and reports.

The office

This position is hybrid-location based. Formal business wear is generally expected. It will support projects in Edinburgh and will require occasional travel. We have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly, and many of us are working remotely at the moment due to COVID-19.
