Key Accountabilities:

 

• You will assist the clients through phone or/and ticketing system for various types of financial operations, such as card/ banking application blocking, due to fraud/ lost/ theft.

• You will provide information related to bank account statement, payment transactions, banking card status.

• You will help those clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order.

 

Desired Profile:

 

• French language mandatory - min B2 level

• English language – beginner (A2)

• Flexibility and availability for shift schedule

• Team working skills.

• Ability to communicate in a clear manner both written and spoken.
