Trusted Digitization is a unit dedicated to the realization of innovative and international projects in the field of dematerialization of exchanges (online contract signing, issuance of certificate, digital identity, electronic archiving, time stamping).

As part of the Digitization activities, you join the team in charge of shared services in the field of dematerialization, with several clients including major banks and insurance in Europe. The services seek to facilitate exchanges between people and businesses by providing solutions that simplify online contracting, the use of digital identity, archiving and document retrieval.

Within this team, you will be required to analyze, develop and handle services used by several companies in Europe. You will interact with internal and external actors located around the world.

Key tasks

  • Deploy and maintain external acceptance and production platforms according to Worldline methods and tools,

  • Set up platform monitoring and follow-up of activity,

  • Specify the platform deployment requirements that should be followed by development teams,

  • Work on the qualification of production anomalies and handle the follow-up of product defects in coordination with the development teams,

  • Participate in problem solving (Root Cause Analysis, define and follow up of action plans)

  • Analyze and assess the risks associated with handling changes to the platform,

  • Provide support to developers during internal acceptance deployments,

  • Maintain the knowledge base of the product,

  • Shared electronic archiving platform

  • Electronic signature platform

  • Public Key Infrastructure

  • Identity verification platform

Your profile

For this, you will collaborate with the business and technical teams. You will participate in discussion and working groups on the evolution of production management solutions and processes. You are a source of proposals to define and develop innovative solutions related to the modernization of the platform and the compliance of processes with ITIL standard methodologies.
