Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) is looking for new team members who are willing to learn more about the IT domain and its processes. After the initial training period, you will be working with the team and participate in tasks and projects, aiming at securing system boundaries and sensitive data.


The Main Responsibilities:


  • You will provide L1 mentorship for incidents and issues to which we are notified by our customers or by monitoring systems;
  • Ticketing system operation
  • 24x7 L1 support and tasks for SH/SAP/ATM/DBA
  • Cross tower Monitoring and Incident Support
  • SIA error handling for OSD
  • Assure the operation of Hardware and Software systems
  • Conduct all preparative actions in order to ensure full operation and availability of the environment


Desired Profile:


  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, UNIX, Linux, Database (Level 1, but not 0)
  • Good command of German
  • Work in shifts, 24/7 support
  • Ability to work well as a team member
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work
  • Very good communication abilities
  • Initiative and good learning abilities
