Job Description
The System Administrator offers 2nd Level Support and guarantees that all systems of the customer’s infrastructure
(hardware and software) are working within the defined quality, timeframe and SLA while also implementing changes on the

Job Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or related subject;
At least 1 year experience in Windows Server 2003 or 2008;
At least 6 months experience with Citrix technology ( XenApp, XenServer, XenDesktop) is a plus;
Excellent command of German and English;
Ability to work well as a team member;
Very good communication abilities;
High attention to details & recognition of patterns;
Methodical and disciplined approach to work;
Good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities;
Ability to deal with multi-task issues;
Initiative and good learning abilities.
