We are looking for a  Solution Architect ( remote) join our Network and Communications department.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Solution Architecture skill for Pulse Secure (Client2Site), Cisco VPN (Site2Site),
  • Checkpoint Firewalling to develop and optimize current and future operational services
  •  Interface between project staff and operational staff
  •  Involvement and lead of service improvement and development based on customer contracts and cost/benefit analyses
  •  Participate and lead of customer projects / build up service for new customers
  •  Acquisition and operation of existing solutions into the operational service
  •  Cross tower/cross department collaboration
  •  Hardware, software and service innovation
  •  Documentation and structured work
  •  Support on internal and external audits
  •  Responsibility for service improvements, technical cost optimizations.
     

Desired profile:

 

  •  Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field;
  •  Good knowledge Pulse Secure. Zscaler private access solutions (ZPA) would be a plus
  •  Project Management skill • Familiar with ITIL (processes ,workflow) and Service Now from ticket handling perspective
  •  Working in a virtual team • Independent thinking and independent working in team environment based on customer added value
  •  Knowledge about LAN operation / LAN architectures
  •  Knowledge about firewall systems and network protocols
  •  Knowledge about vendor Ivanti Pulse Secure, RSA, Cisco, Checkpoint, Zscaler.
  •  Certified experience in network projects;
  •  You communicate business fluent in English. -(German would be a plus)
